Changing sample .ts apps to .mjs, removing their .gitignore and tsconfig.json, and updating their package.json to reflect this update.

This is the last batch of apps, 4 of 4.

Also cleaning up the root tsconfig.json, which now has 62 references that point exactly to the 62 existing tsconfig.json files in apps.
