Added a toggle to the simple "Disciord : Send message" sequencer action. It allows the removal of the Discord embed.

As asked in the issue #12 , I added a toggle to the simple "Discord : Send message" sequencer action. It allows the removal of the Discord embed.
It works for me but because I'm not familiar with the development process for a NINA plugin, I might be mising something.
