This pull will allow for simple building. You can reference RELEASE_ARCHITECTURE.md and RELEASE_PROCESS.md to create releases. Added a setting panel under File > Settings. This gives the options wordWrap, autosaveEnabled, autosaveInterval, darkModeEnabled. Could be used to expand to other persistent user settings. Saves user settings to %appdata%\retropad\settings.json and loads this on each time retropad is opened. I added a MIT License so it can be attached to releases along with a simple readme.md file.
