* trying to disable xdebug on travis to fix the issue.

OT Integration Adjustments

• Make ReviewsIo MerchantActions findReview function respect the store value from the config.
• Remove now unused class variable.
• Loosen findReview required fields so that existing OT can make the same call as it used to make when consuming reviews-php.

Readme updates

• fix link to each provider readme
• fix code indentation on trustpilot and reviewsIo request examples
• add missing instructions
