Reverts commit 19dc51f (cleanup: remove unneeded menu entry) Even if it closes when swiping away the app, there are cases where you cannot swipe it away, or even bring up the navigation bar.

I didn't change back the location of
dialogForceClose()because JavaGUILauncherActivity also uses it. If this causes the commit message to be inaccurate I'll change it but I don't think it does.
