This PR includes changes to let windows-IAP-bridge build on the current version of node-gyp (9.4.0).
Changes:
The dev modules are deprecated and need to be updated.
The type single_threaded_vector changed location and now
winrt/Windows.Foundation.Collections.hneeds to be included.single_threaded_vector does not work in versions above 190211 microsoft/xlang#291
The way return types are deduced has changed and some extra includes are needed to resolve those types.
