Improvements

• Add a summary at the beginning of the report with the number of expired, expiring soon and valid secrets (fixes: #3).
• Use the Emailing feature of PosInformatique.Foundations (fixes: #2).
• An e-mail with importance High is send when an application have a expired secret (fixes: #4).
• Change the subject to "Entra ID app registrations secret expiration report".
• Raise importance message with high when secret has been expired.
