chore: Twig time + misc fixes

• Adds back reload + force reload to menu items
• Fixes the build issue preventing CI from releasing twig on main rn
• Add simple startups logs to main/renderer
• Twig time (icons)
• Makes it so the command suggestions list only shows in the message editor if the first character is / not if they type a message and at any point they type / which is what it does now.
• Fix focus changes text being misaligned on smaller monitors
