Adds error recovery to the canvas FPS snapshot pipeline. Previously, any error in createImageBitmap or the web worker would permanently stick the snapshotInProgressMap guard, silently killing canvas recording for the rest of the session. This was triggered by the periodic full snapshot (every 5 minutes) on WebGL canvases. Ref: PostHog/posthog-rrweb#160
