  • Updated the requirement to use Revolut on charges exceeding GBP 75 and expenses with VAT on it
  • Updated the receipts section to specify that people upload the full booking confirmation email rather than an extremely cropped screenshot
  • Updated the reimbursement section to have people provide context on what the expense is for, and why they didn't use their Brex

I think it's worthwhile on this PR (prob not needed in the handbook) explaining that a bunch of UK folks will need to change their behaviours here. They should default to using Brex for basically all spending other than purchases over £75 that will have VAT on them.

It might be worth tagging the people who use Revolut not in this way directly here to make sure they are aware and change their spending behaviour accordingly.
