This PR removes the pipeline resource trigger configuration that was previously set up to automatically trigger builds from the PowerShellEditorServices-Official pipeline. The change reflects that the pipeline name is outdated and automatic triggering from official to official pipelines is problematic.

• Removes the entire pipelines section from the resources configuration
• Eliminates automatic triggering on main branch releases from PowerShellEditorServices-Official
