Add DeckyCraft

DeckCraft is undeveloped by it's creators, so I replaced it with DeckyCraft – my modpack for Steam Deck and other handheld PCs.

Not really sure we want to update this section

As the discontinuation notice for DeckCraft says:

Additive already performs very well on the Steam Deck with it's base settings. The only two main differences is that DeckCraft adds Controlify and turns on fullscreen for you

and now as of Additive 1.35, Controlify has been added

I think it might be better to just recommend Additive itself similar to upstream, unless there's maybe something in DeckyCraft I'm missing?

We could also probably go without this section entirely, as having Deck specific stuff here is a little off-topic. The version of this section online currently also seems to just be a near duplicate of the DeckCraft info on our Deck download page; if anything, it would likely be better to update that instead of the info here even though I'm still not sure about recommending Additive instead :p
