FOUR-2558: Fix “Use a copy of this asset” to duplicate on project assignment

Issue & Reproduction Steps

The “Use a copy of this asset” checkbox in Add to Project did nothing; assigning an asset always re-used the original instead of creating a copy.

Solution

• Wire the Add to Project modal to send copy_asset when the checkbox is selected.
• Add copy-on-assign handling in ProjectAssetsController@assign using export/import to duplicate and assign the copied asset (and its dependents) to projects; return newAsset.
• Allow copy_asset in AssignAssetRequest.
• Add a regression test for copy-on-assign in ProjectAssetsTest.

How to Test

1. Run ProjectAssetsTest.php --filter testAddAssetToProjectWithCopyCreatesNewAsset

Manually:

1. Open any process.
2. Add to project with “Use a copy of this asset” checked.
3. Confirm the project shows a new asset (e.g., “ Copy”) rather than the original.
