- remove its boolean returns - make max optional - create `Cost.Detach` alias
discard count already defaults to 1
typo from previous update
Added "SelfRevealCost". Split OPC into 2 functions and adjusted the reset for the "soft" version. (Not sure atm how much they'll be used since there is also "EFFECT_COUNT_CODE_CHAIN".)
- Can attack if the activation of the effect is negated. - Don't destroy the target if you control it on resolution.
- Use "EFFECT_COUNT_CODE_CHAIN" for the OPC. - Exclude itself only if it's still related to this effect.
