Initial Release

8 MCP tools for converting Chinese Mainland terms to Taiwanese Mandarin:

• convert_text — detect and replace mainland terms (longest-match-first)
• lookup_term — look up a single term (CN↔TW)
• search_terms — fuzzy search the dictionary
• list_categories — list term categories
• add_term / remove_term — manage custom mappings
• update_dictionary — download from g0v + Wikipedia
• get_stats — dictionary statistics

Data Sources

• g0v/moedict-data-csld (教育部國語辭典 ~750 pairs + CSV ~1,000 pairs)
• Wikipedia 兩岸用語列表
