Opening as a draft for now as i do not want to merge into Development yet.
This branch will create test scripts to support UAT of datasets. This will produce an output that we can feedback to NSS for various checks on the data.
When an analyst runs this, they only need to change one line so that the output will point to the relevant folder in sourcedev.
