This should fix the issue with the cursor not moving live. Very many very similar attempts will have the cursor move in the DOM but not visually re-render unless something forces it (such as a window resize); this one works in real-time.

This version also does the following:

• Tidies the appearance of the frontend
• Handles audio input in states and effects in the main app, with the same code as the synchronization requests
