Settings Dialog

• Replaced the question mark icon in the titlebar with a gear icon that opens a full Settings dialog
• The About section (version info, update check, GitHub/Discord links) now lives inside Settings

New Settings

• Launch on startup — toggle to auto-start Sprout when your system boots
• Minimize to tray on close — toggle to control whether closing the window hides to tray or quits the app
• Accent color — choose from 6 color presets (Orange, Blue, Green, Purple, Rose, White) that apply instantly and persist across restarts
