Successor to #4514 because I couldn't push to that branch.
I moved the source files to https://github.com/PyO3/branding, this now just adds the assets to the
brandingfolder of this repository.I will start a follow-up to add these to the README and guide docs, in time for 0.23 if I can find the energy to do so tonight.
