analysis: improve analysis scripts

Changes proposed in this Pull Request

do not update data for compare-with-entsoe-stats.py
do not overwrite built-in map command
create required output folder for figures

Also fixes a segfault in the dict comprehension in compare-with-entsoe-stats.py

This was meant as a first move towards #246 which seemed to be generated from this script in the past.
