RNN Convective Parameterization

This is the revision version on May 29, 2025. Main changes since the first submission version are:

• Added more code for model training (intermediate training steps, model without memory, model trained on only wave data);
• Formalized a bit for offline and online evaluations;
• Added more data and code for online evaluations (including comparing mismatch in wave period and fitting initial states);
• Updated instructions.
