- Change the sequential Wald/Friedman solver into reusable WFModel/WFDecisionRule structs.
- Keep Monte Carlo draws consistent across value iteration, policy evaluation, and simulations.
- Complete the verification and comparative-statistics tests.
- Update the narrative.
