This PR sets up the drives list provider plugin and the basis for the multi-drives content manger. The drives are then showed in the
DriveBrowseras directories.The list of available drives stores their
name,provider,regionandcreation date.Additionally, some fixes for the backend were also added. They were initially mentioned in #15.
