Just reports battery/rail voltage/current/temperature/fan speed/button states over serial every 1 second. Also automatically manages fan speed based on temperature. Fan RPM calculation doesn't work properly due to PWM freq being >> than fan speed, and thus PWM turns it on/off multiple times during a tach pulse, thus artificially inflating the pulse count significantly. Still need to add code for the RaspPi to request data rather than just being bombarded with it, make events for debounced button presses, make an interface to change between batteries, and make an interface for setting RGB LED colours. Maybe an interface for turning the VRX/AUX outputs on and off too. Committing this now in case anyone else wants to look at it
