Yet another logic error. Pesky.
The constants used for configuring the build dependencies are now defined in `build.gradle.kts`.
This is more work than just clicking the OK button, and it stops certain mod packs from shafting us.
Need to wait for a version bump from Supplementaries, this only marks existing and previous versions as incompatible. See CaffeineMC#2303
