fix(docs): Conflicting links and entries in API reference page

This edit separate docs logic PR and builded pages PR.

Updated:

• If names become identical when converted to lowercase, use "name-kind" as the ID.
  • for make the ID unique.
• Changed MDX notation from "## title" to using <h2> tags.
  • for use unique ID
