This pull request introduces two new login managers:
SEPLoginManagerandOAuth2LoginManager.These managers facilitate authentication via the Self Enrollment Portal (SEP) QR code flow and the SEP OAuth2 flow, respectively. The
SepLoginManagerhandles QR code-based login, while theOAuth2LoginManagersupports standard OAuth2 authentication making use ofAppAuth Androidlibrary.
