Summary

introduce helper functions to save multiple WiFi credentials in wifi_credentials.json
update WiFi setup to load all saved credentials
allow selecting stored networks and forgetting them
persist credentials when added via settings or Improv WiFi

Testing

Compilation or test commands were not run because required tools were unavailable
