R&D advisor at R&D Nordic, based in Norway.
I work in the bits most people try to avoid: privacy, research ethics, AI, and organisational behavioural management. My job is helping organisations move from policy intent to practical, defensible implementation, without panic, paralysis, or magical thinking.
GDPR & EU AI Act — Translating rules into decisions, controls, and documentation that stand up when someone asks awkward questions.
AI systems that actually work — Retrieval-augmented systems, evaluation frameworks, automation pipelines, and agent-style workflows, with privacy, IP, RoPA, and risk management designed in from day one (not bolted on five minutes before the auditor arrives).
Grant development — Partnership building, grant scanning, budgeting, and proposal work across the Norwegian Research Council, Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, and more.
Training & adoption — Project management, leadership, communication, and how behavioural science and Organisational Behavioural Management can make adoption real rather than turning governance into theatre.
Higher education, health, public administration, and the cultural and creative sectors in Norway and the UK. I'm especially interested in how we get people to actually change what they do, not just nod along in the workshop and go back to business as usual.
