RIMSEvalGUI v2.0.11
RIMSEvalGUI release based on the latest rimseval development version v2.0.0.
This is the first RIMSEvalGUI release that is based on v2.0.0 of `rimseval!
Main Changes to GUI:
- Plot window: User can now type in x-axis ranges. This will automatically uncheck the autoscale feature.
- Added option to plot multiple open CRD files in "File"
- File view now has a context menu to add, unload, or plot multiple CRDs
- Better error catching when setting wrong indexes for cut spectrum filter
