Standard Assets 2018.4 has been deprecated from the Asset Store. Hosting them here for now, for anyone who wants them.
- Go to your Unity project folder
- Put "Standard Assets.meta" and the folder "Standard Assets" into the folder named "Assets"
- Enjoy!
