Don't ignore terraform/terraform.tfstate.d/test/terraform.tfstate file. If I remember correctly, this is the file used by "terraform plan" to check for possible changes.
The lines that create the proxy VM were commented out because we don't have this VM in production. So, be careful when making changes in prod

The purpose of this PR is to modify the main.tf file to remove an unused VM (litscan_prefer)
