Motivation
We previously had to rename these runners to from
linux-mi325-1gpu-ossci-rocmtolinux-mi325-1gpu-ossci-rocm-fracdue to thelinux-mi325-1gpu-ossci-rocmrunner disappearing.Now, we can switch back to the original
linux-mi325-1gpu-ossci-rocmrunner since the-fracvariant appears to be on track for removalTechnical Details
