Prevent unnecessary logs

Small change to prevent unnecessary error logs when using this script within Datto RMM.

If the Get-WindowsAutopilot script is not installed it wil continue without throwing an error in the StdErr logs.

In this release the partner option has been added after testing internally.

Note: When using the partner option it only works when the device was orginally shipped with Windows by an OEM.
If the device was shipped with FreeDos, the generated CSV is not recognized when uploading to Autopilot.
