Description
This PR contain two changes:
add option for 'Hide View Count'
I notice mobile version not showing View Count, I add corresponding option and interface, but because I don't have enough disk space to run mobile dev version, the code about mobile is not tested.
closes #4141
fix ESLint plugin
check-i18n-json/no-extra-keyspath issue on WindowsThis was introduced by me in #4038, I not test ESLint plugin on Windows, have been fixed in this issue.
related to #741
