Security Policy

Reporting a Vulnerability

Thank you for helping keep this project secure! If you discover a potential security issue, please responsibly disclose it to us by following the guidelines below.

How to Report

To report a security vulnerability, please send a detailed email with the following information to:

Please provide:

  • A clear description of the vulnerability.
  • Steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable).
  • Any relevant log files or screenshots to help us understand the problem.

Vulnerability Disclosure

After receiving your report, we will take the following steps:

  1. We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 5 business days.
  2. We will investigate and validate the vulnerability as quickly as possible, and, if necessary, coordinate a fix or patch.
  3. We will provide a timeline for the resolution or remediation.
  4. Once the issue is resolved, we will credit your disclosure (if desired) in the release notes or appropriate documentation.

Please note: We ask that you do not publicly disclose the issue until a fix has been released, in order to protect other users.
