Hello, this pull request is meant to add four functionalities to the project. It also needs the PR made on the "crosstalk" project and the "campaign-manager" project. It will also need a redesing on some of the campaign manager forms as some fields have been added to the schema.
The functionalities are:
-Frequency capping on banner level. -Implemented.
-Frequency capping on campaign level. -Fixed, it was implemented but the fields were added to banners.
-Categories field on banners. -Implemented
-Publisher_id macro. -Implemented.
