Working model for binary migration classification

This release documents the final step in the preprocessing phase.
The model can distinguish migration (inner VS outer ring) of the bag.

Training is made to find migration between inner and outer rings of OmniSphero neurospheres.

Example data contains 6 experiments with data (in json format), labels and preview images.
