🎨 Visual & Branding Updates

• New app name: Prism File Explorer with a brand new icon!
• Redesigned file icons: Easier implementation for new file type icons (contributions welcome!)

🏠 Home Tab Customization

• Customizable home tab: Click the three dots on the top toolbar while on home tab to customize
• Startup tabs: Add tabs to prelaunch on startup
  • Click on any tab, then select "Add to startup tabs"
  • Organize them through the three dots menu on the top toolbar

📁 File Management Enhancements

• Seamless archive support: Explore and modify archive files content
• Batch rename tool: Advanced renaming tool for multiple files
  • Select multiple files, then choose "Rename" from options menu
• Improved file selection:
  • Long click a file or click the icon to start selection
  • Bulk select by selecting one file, then long clicking another (selects all files between)
• Open folders on creation: Newly created folders open directly (optional)

🎵 Media Player Improvements

• Remastered media players: Enhanced image, video, audio, and PDF viewers
• New text viewer: Text viewer has been added to read/edit external files
• Album art display: Audio files now show album icons in the files list

⚙️ Settings & Preferences

• Custom date format: Change date format throughout the app from settings
• Enhanced customization options: Now you can:
  • Disable pull to refresh
  • Skip home tab when closing other tabs
  • Disable file options menu on long click for selection toggle

🔧 Technical Improvements

• New logs screen: Track and monitor errors for better debugging
• Flexible FilesTab: Now can support network storage (FTP support planned for future release)

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Resolved many existing bugs (though new ones might have been introduced :) - please report any issues!)

App Data Storage

• The app now has its own folder (.prism) used for:
  • Storing files moved to recycle bin

  • Please recheck your settings after updating
