This PR adds the bd_ VPM repository to the CI workflow to ensure NDMF dependency is available after it was removed from the Ram.Type-0 VPM repository.
- Adds bd_ VPM repository (https://vpm.nadena.dev/vpm.json) to CI workflow
- Updates step name to be more specific about Ram.Type-0 VPM repo

Since I removed NDMF from Ram.Type-0 VPM repository, we need to reference bd_'s repo in ci.
