WIP: use atomated variable for the filament loading and unloading workflow

This PR makes the filament loading and unlaoding cleaning moves only when the command is coming from a autoamted situation. manual filament laoding and unloading event are getting ignored

Testing when printer is not homed
Test succeeds if filament getting laoded and unloaded without any errors in the console

Single Toolhead and IDEX

• load filament via the UI macro
• unload filament via the UI macro

IDEX only

• load filament for T1 via the UI macro
• unload filament for T1 via the UI macro

Test succeeds if filament getting laoded and unloaded without any errors in the console and if toolhead doesnt move

Single Toolhead and IDEX

• load filament via the UI macro
• unload filament via the UI macro

IDEX only

• load filament for T1 via the UI macro
• unload filament for T1 via the UI macro

• enable spool join in the UI
• start print and cut the filament to create a filament runout
