Pull request overview
This PR fixes an issue with license section headers showing incorrect counts. Previously, section headers displayed only the count of licenses visible on the current page. Now they correctly show the total count of all filtered licenses across all pages, while still only rendering licenses for the current page.

filterLicensesOfTypetogetPageLicensesOfTypeto clarify it filters licenses for the current page - Added
getFilteredLicensesCountOfTypeto count all filtered licenses of a type across all pages - Updated section headers to display total filtered license counts instead of current page counts
