Added functionality

Added the ability to get additional details on each gateway using the -d option at the command line.

NOTE: at this time it will only get the first of 'n' number of config object on a gateway. i.e. FrontSideHandlers.

Added the ability to get console debug messages using the -debug option at the command line.

Base Functionality Release

Ability to extract a DataPower appliance export, get a list of all the domains and gateways on the appliance, write that to a csv file, remove the extracted files.
