It looks good to me, but we shouldn't merge it with main till we make sure that we are need it or not?

Set up Prisma with PostgreSQL and created models for database entities.
Implemented /api/v2/destinations endpoint to fetch destinations from the database.
Integrated routes and controllers for handling destinations.
Fixed server address conflict and applied Prisma migrations.
