Changes

Library:

• Added functions: getOutputSoFar(), getOutputSizeSoFar(), getCurrentLineNumberInOutput().
• outputValue() with multiple values will now output commas between the values.
• Added @insert func!(...) as syntax sugar for @insert func(!(...)).
• Added @insert func!!(...) as syntax sugar for @insert func(!!(...)).

Command line program:

• Added --nogc option.
