Changes the search link to search all discussions (and not search just 'general' or 'questions')

The same needs to be done in the question template

You'll need to merge, I don't have permission.

I don't know if this is what we want. If you open a discussion of type A, you want to search existing discussions of the same type, not different ones.

Users don't always pick the correct category when posting.

So many questions are listed as 'general' and vise versa.

If searching they should look for everything because past discussion can be under either category.

If the categories were more clear cut, like bugs vs feature requests, then it should search for that just that category.

But 'general' vs 'question' isn't so clear.

In this case we should get rid the questions template if they are too similar. One general template looks fine to me

One template sounds ok.

Some of the labels could also be removed as they're old and no longer serve a discussion purpose (Documentation, Feature request, etc).

Yes, the repo is purely for discussions, no tags needed.

If a single topic is used, one file should be deleted.

How does the template work if there's only one file? Does it automatically use that when opening a new discussion?
