docs(chip): add chip group docs

What I did

1. Updated the docs in the README to reflect differences in <rh-chip> vs <rh-chip-group>
2. Added docs to the Code page to note the different import for chip vs chip-group.
3. Added a note on the overview page about the existence of chip-group.

Closes #2804

I agree that improving the JSDoc is important. This PR is focused specifically on addressing the changes requested in #2804. Updates to the chip and chip-group JSDoc would be better handled in a separate, follow-up PR so we can give those changes the attention they deserve.
