IMPORTANT NOTE: This release supersedes Real-Time-SDK-2.1.3.L1 for ETA C and EMA C++.

Please note that for ETA C/EMAC++, Python3 is required for building the JWT functionality. This can be installed via Linux package installers or through windows from python.org.
