Long term support version 3.1, refactored config file and directory structure.

Brought config file up to date, removed unnecessary terminal install and config instructions.

This will likely be a long term support version, since i have achieved most of my goals and have plugins and terminal running as wanted.

Everything gets setup automatically, sane opts and sane keymaps.
