Erik

• Guram's new code now can run in docker
• gpu’s available, but need to hook into Condor
  • GPU machine from grant (?) in place downstairs
• package adcirc in docker?

Lisa

• More workflow parts from Ayse/Casey
• Lisa added as a user to NCSU iRODS, able to move files, etc.
• Got Matlab part to work under Octave -> Lisa working on Octave container to run workflow
• Next on list to containerize is R
• Then have two parts into final step
  • Can’t chain workflow, need something like Pegasus
• Has generalized GRASS to take any python code inputs

• Ashok’s potential HPEC 2017 paper, need to show specific examples and highlight benefits
  • Neuroimaging aka mouse brain aka BrainI
• Move nc collab concatenated DEM(LIDAR) data to DSai?
